Delivery times can vary for each product based on our stock. When you select an item, you can find estimated delivery time for it.

2, How much does delivery cost?

You can view estimated delivery costs for individual products by using the "Shipping Cost" calculator on the basket page.

3, What type of guarantee do you offer?

8-Day Return Guarantee

Customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange the item within 8 days of receipt as long as the item is returned in new, unused and resalable condition inside its original packaging. Your return may be subject to restocking and shipping fees for each individual product as noted on each product page.

Adding Items to Your Shopping Cart

When you are ready to purchase an item, you may have to select the quantity box next to the product. Then click the "Add To Shopping Cart" button. You will now be directed straight to viewing all items in your shopping cart. Each time you add an item to your shopping cart, you will be able to view all the items in your cart.If you would like to make changes - here you are able to do, you can add, take away or delete any product. After viewing the items in your shopping cart, you can start checking out or you may continue shop by using the button of back to shopping. While you are shopping you can access your shopping cart anytime by clicking on the link that says 'Shopping Cart' at the top right of any page.

Proceed to Checkout

Once all the items you want to buy are in your Shopping Cart, you can click the button, 'Go to Checkout'. Here is where you will enter your order information. Our Checkout process is simple, fast.

At gelibutor.hu we manage the delivery to your house, we have more than 15 years experience.

2. When we accepts your order, we will charge your credit card and we will provide you with:
a. your Delivery Document Number – this is the reference number what we will use for your delivery
b. contact information for the customer service representatives that can answer questions about your delivery.
3. After your order is accepted by us, you can track your order on gelibutor.hu by clicking “My account” at gelibutor.hu.

Throughout the process, you will always have contact that can help you with any questions before or after your delivery.


10, Can I pick up my furniture?

Yes. Place an order on gelibutor.hu, and in most cases you can pick up your furniture at our distribution center.

11, How can I see the status of my order?

To view the status of your order, simply login to your gelibutor.hu Account and select the „My account”. Here you can review your orders.


12, Can I cancel my order?

Orders placed online can generally be cancelled up until 48 hours before your delivery.
Once you place your order, you will receive contact information of the customer support department to help you with your order.

A full refund will promptly be made to your credit card.

13, What types of emails will gelibutor.hu send to me? Can I choose not to receive these emails?

16, Does the furniture arrive assembled?

Most of the furniture arrive assembled. So not much furniture requires assembly. And if there is any our delevery boys going to do the work in stead of you.

17, Is it safe to pay with bank card?

Payment with bank card

Paying by bank card allows you to buy safely and conveniently on the webpage. After ordering the selected product, you will be directed to the K&H Bank website, where you can pay by bank card, using encrypted transactions currently considered the most secure type of transaction,as used by the Bank. All our customers have to do is to click on the xxx option when selecting the method of payment, and then to specify their card number and expiry date on the K&H Bank  payment server. K&H Bank accepts VISA Classic, VISA Electron and Eurocard/MasterCard cards.

Important! We can only accept bank cards issued for electronic use if their usage has been authorized by the card-issuing bank! Please make enquiries at your bank about whether your card may be used for Internet purchases.
