1, How can you order?
For your guidance we have a few price examples on our homepage which already include the value added tax but not the shipping fee.
In our showroom you can see a part of the whole range live and you have the possibility to order from catalogues of other product categories, too.
2, How long does it take to receive my order?
Our products are from different producers and their delivery times may vary. The furnitures of our country-collection are normally ready after 4-6 week. For every order you get a confirmation with an expected delivery time. In some exceptional cases it can take 8-10 weeks.
Most of our goods are imported from the EU. Import company’s give you according to the Hungarian Civil Law Code a 1 year-warranty. You have a warranty claim for every production fault or production defect, except you have been informed about that fault and got a discount on it. The warranty period starts with the day of purchase mentioned in the guarantee card.
The rights and obligations concerning the warranty are governed by the 117/1991 (IX.10.) rule.
You can’t claim the warranty in following cases:
- the absence of the guarantee card or missing details like date of purchase, signature, stamp
- transport damages
- natural catastrophe, inappropriate handling, alteration or reparation of the product
by the vendor or a third person
- inappropriate usage (if you use the product not according the manual e.g. inappropriate cleaning)
- broken glas which was not caused by a damaged carrier element
for a defect or damage which was already mentioned at the time of purchase and got a discount was already given.
4, What about the shipping fees?
Our price offers do not include the shipping fees. Our company does not ship on its own, but we help to organize the shipping. We ask for a shipping offer and the shipping company charges you directly.
5, Do they carry the furnitures into the house?
Yes, in Hungary the shipping company offers a full service if needed. If necessary they deliver on the spot and put the furnitures together. For a complete offer the transport company needs all the requested details. For a shipping to foreign countries each case has to be dealt seperately.
6, How can I pay my order?
You can pay the amount left in diffrent ways: by banktransfer, card or cash. Please choose the most convenient way when ordering. After we have received the money you can pick up your order or the shipping gets started.
7, How do I get my order?
We inform you via phone or mail about the arrival of your order and as already chosen during your order you pick it up personally or it will be shipped so long as your payment already was done. We are not able to store your order in our shop. For delated receipts we will charge 10.000.- Huf/day.
8, What’s about the assembling of the furnitures?
As our furnitures are almost all 100% wood they leave the manufacturer already as one piece. Only a few furniture types need an assembling, pls look at point 5.
